By using the App, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy and also give consent to the use of Your Personal Information by Atlas in accordance with the terms set out in this Privacy Policy. “App name” owned and operated by “Atlas Equifin Private Limited, and will provides services to the Users through the App published on the Google Play Store commits that the information provided for availing our services are kept secure and used only for business as consented and will respect the privacy of its Users. We have taken all the necessary and reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of all such information. This Privacy Policy provides overview of our policies and procedure for collecting, using, disclosing and transferring of customer information by Atlas Equifin Private Limited, which operates the mobile applications and all other services. This Privacy Policy represents of the Terms of Use of the atlas App.
Atlas through the privacy framework ensures the following:
- Strictly safeguard the personal information shared with Company as per the standards of
security and confidentiality. - Limit the collection and use of personal information to the minimum required to deliver
superior service, which includes advising our customers about our products or services and to
administer our business. - We train and remind our staff of their obligations with regard to your information and permit
only authorized employees, to have access to that information. - Atlas may share your personal information with its group companies in relation to offering of
products and services to the User, or for the purposes of the engagement with its stakeholders
and authorized by the information owner, or are required by law.
What information does Atlas collect and store?
When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services or registering
to use the Services, Atlas may collect and process such information from the Users, including but
not limited to the below mentioned:
i. Information that the Users provide to Atlas by filling in forms on the App which includes
your key personal information, such as your name, company name, gender, address, phone
number, and email address, geographical information etc. (to be referred as ‘Contact
Information’).
ii. images of documents/ photos required to avail any of our products/services. specimen
signature(s) for processing of your instructions received by us through our various payment
and delivery channels;
iii. When availing the Services, Atlas requires you to provide Financial and related information,
such as your occupation, accounts, bank account information (from prior to the loan being
granted and ongoing for the term of the loan), assets, expenses, income, revenue,
dependents, and regarding your employment, financial and business dealings and other
relevant events. employment details (e.g. occupation, positions held, employment history,
salary and/or benefits) as part of our record retention for credit/various product evaluations
or required under applicable laws under Prevention of Money Laundering (referred as
‘Customer Information’)
iv. Your transaction history (with us and our associates or relevant third parties). This
information includes products you may have used with us in the past, your payment history,
and the capacity in which you have dealt or deal with us and
v. Information that the Users provide when the Users write directly to Atlas (including by way
of e-mail) or other electronic communication or over telephone or provide to Atlas by
completing surveys or collected from the authorized representatives, agents, group
companies of Atlas from user’s browser, mobile application/devices.
vi. information obtained from your mobile device by way of using our app like device location,
communication information including contacts and call logs, device information (including
storage, model, mobile network), transactional and promotional SMS/app notification
Along with this information Atlas maintains the consent by the information owner while
collecting the information
Using Atlas services, you will be able to create, upload, store and share information such as
Contact and Customer Information (this is collectively referred as ‘Data’). This information will
be stored and maintained by Atlas in both physical and digital medium.
In the event our site contains links to third-party sites and services, please be aware that those
sites and services have their own privacy policies. After following a link to any third-party
content, you should read their posted privacy policy information about how they collect and use
personal information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of your activities after you leave
our site.
How do we use your information?
Access to personal information is strictly restricted and shared in accordance with certain
specific internal procedures and safeguards that govern access. Certain features of the App may
be available for use without any need to provide details. Other features of the App may require
Users to provide details including but not limited to the User’s name, address, mobile number,
email address, PAN No., employment & income details
Atlas will never sell or rent personal information of its Users and stakeholders to anyone, at any
time, for any reason. Atlas uses the information it collects in the following ways:
a. We use Key Personal Information primarily to administer our Services to you and provide
you with updates and product announcements.
b. We store Customer Information to continue its services to the customer and information is
retained at Atlas as per Atlas’s Policy, and to help the User apply for certain products and
services unless otherwise required under law.
c. We use Data, Diagnostic Information and Login Information solely for the purpose of
administering and improving our quality of Services to you.
d. We may use your Analytics Information in conjunction with an analytics service to monitor
and analyze use of the Services, for the Services’ technical administration, to increase the
Services’ functionality and user‐friendliness, and to verify users have the authorization
required for the Services to process their requests.
e. To reinforce Atlas’s Terms of Use.
f. For marketing purpose, especially to promote the services of the Company and to notify
about the new product/service offerings for the Customer. We may also use the user’s phone
number, email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or
marketing messages without the user’s consent [with an option to subscribe/unsubscribe
(where feasible)]. We may, however, use the user’s email address and phone number
without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you
of major changes, for customer service purposes, providing information about updates to
Atlas App Services, billing, etc.)
Sharing & Disclosure of Personal/Customer Information
a. Atlas does not sell, rent or trade Users’ or stakeholders’ personal information to anyone and
will protect Users’ information and maintain the confidentiality of the same and can share
with its agents with its group companies in relation to offering of products and services to
the User, or for the purposes of the engagement with its stakeholders under a strict code of
confidentiality, where such sharing is required or permitted as per statutory or regulatory
requirements.
b. With this seal of trust, Atlas makes its services available to the Users for assessment and
analysis that include credit and behavior scoring, money management, spend analysis,
market and product analysis.
Atlas will not share any of your personal information with third parties except in the limited
circumstances described below:
a. Government and law enforcement agencies or regulators who have appropriate authorization
to access the same for any specific legal purposes.
b. To Maintain Legal and Regulatory obligations, this includes the companies / agencies that
work for fraud prevention and credit reference.
c. To third parties to whom it transfers its rights and duties under the customer agreement
entered into with the Users, where such sharing is required or permitted as per statutory or
regulatory requirements. These third parties are obligated to protect your information and
are contractually prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any
other purpose.
d. To any member of its related or group companies including its subsidiaries, its ultimate
holding company and its subsidiaries, as the case may be.
e. The delivery of our Services, by its very nature, may require revealing your personally
identifiable information to the partners (Banks, Credit Agencies etc.), regulators etc
Atlas shall ensure that in case of disclosure of whole or part of the User’s information to a
service provider or agent, within or outside India, the same shall be bound by obligations of
confidentiality at least as strict as Atlas’s obligations under this Privacy. Atlas may store the
User’s information in locations outside the direct control of Atlas (for instance, on servers or
databases co-located with hosting providers).
WHAT ABOUT COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS?
As you navigate Atlas app and use our Services (and/or applications), Atlas may also collect
information through the use of frequently used information‐gathering tools, such as cookies and
Web beacons (“Website Navigational Information”). Further to improve our service Atlas utilize
the truncated information stored and/or processed at Atlas end for data analytics. Collectively,
this information is referred to as “Analytics Information.”
A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. Atlas uses session ID cookies
to confirm that customers are logged in. This type of cookie helps Atlas recognize a customer if
he or she visits multiple pages on the Website during the same session, so that separate
passwords are not required to access each page. These cookies terminate once the customer
closes the browser. We use cookies to track your use of the Website and Atlas, provide you with
a more personalized user experience, and to allow you to login and begin use of Atlas Services
automatically when you visit the Website.

recipients have opened.
Cookies and web beacons used by Atlas and our online partners are not linked to Personal
Information. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies and web beacons by Atlas and does
not cover the use of cookies or web beacons by any other third party, or advertiser.

The App includes links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from those of Atlas
also the link does not imply any endorsement by Atlas of the third-party website, the website’s
provider, or the information on the third party website. If the Users submit personal information
to any of those websites, Atlas disclaims all responsibility or liability with respect to these
policies or the websites.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Indian laws and subject to
the provisions of arbitration set out herein, the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction
in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
If any dispute arises between Atlas and the User in connection with or arising out of the validity,
interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the Policy, such dispute
shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration
and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the time being in force.
There shall be one (1) arbitrator and the seat of the arbitration shall be Mumbai, India. The
language of the arbitration proceedings and of all written decisions and correspondence relating
to the arbitration shall be English.
Information provider’s rights
a. All sensitive personal data or information provided by you can be withdrawn at any time in
writing by sending an e‐ mail to us at info.atlasequifin@gmail.com, in accordance with the
terms of this privacy policy. In case you do not provide your information or consent for usage
of sensitive personal data or information or subsequently withdraw your consent for usage of
the sensitive personal data or information so collected, we reserve the right to discontinue the
services for which the said information was sought. However, please note that withdrawal of
consent will not be retrospective in nature and shall be applicable prospectively.

sensitive personal data or information or withdraw your consent to provide sensitive personal
data or information. However, we are not responsible for the authenticity of the sensitive
personal data or information provided by you.
Data Retention
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you
the Services. If you wish to deactivate your account or request that we no longer use your
information to provide you the Services, you may request for the same after fulfilling all
contractual obligations and clearing out on the dues. Upon request while we try to delete your
Data from our servers if there is any legal and regulatory obligation that prevents us from doing
that, we shall retain the data as per our obligation. Please be aware that there may be a delay
from the time you delete your Data to the time that your Data is removed.
DOES ATLAS EVER MAKE CHANGES TO ITS PRIVACY POLICY?
We may make changes to the Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any
material changes by sending you an email address specified in your account, posting a notice on
the home page of the App, or posting a notice in your account when you first login after we have
made changes. If you receive notification or a change in our Privacy Policy, you must review the
new Privacy Policy carefully to make sure you understand our practices and procedures. You
may not be able to receive notices from us if your cookies are not set to accept and/or are
disabled.
You are also responsible for regularly reviewing the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to
modify this Privacy Policy at any time. No amendment to or modification of this Policy will be
binding unless in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Atlas or posted to the
Site by a duly authorized representative of Atlas
DOES ATLAS PROTECT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Personal Information: Whenever we obtain your Personal Information, we use commercially
reasonable efforts to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, we are not
insurers of the security of your Personal Information. Accordingly, we assume no liability for
any disclosure of data due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access or other acts
of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
App Content: The content that you store, post, or transmit on or through the App, such as
message board postings, storefront pages, and images on your Products, may be accessed by
other users, including people that you do not know. We are not responsible for the actions of
others. Therefore, you should use care in communicating with other users and only disclose your
Personal Information to other users that you know to be trustworthy. You should not assume that
your content will be kept private.
