Refund Policy

This is to inform you about the terms and conditions of refunds that are applicable to internet resources as well as mobile application platforms and any other application or software owned by Atlas Equifin Private Limited (“us”, “we”, or “Atlas” or “Company”).
PLEASE READ THESE REFUND POLICY (“REFUND POLICY”) CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING THIS OR USING “ATLAS” SERVICES (INCLUDING WEB OR MOBILE APPLICATION) OR OTHERWISE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE ATLAS SERVICE (INCLUDING WEB OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS).

1. Refund process will only be initiated by “Atlas” in the following conditions:
i. If repayment of the loan has been done by the borrower twice by any means.
ii. Any extra payment has been received by Atlas over and above the repayment value in any case.
iii. Repayment has been done mistakenly by the borrower unintentionally before his/her due date of loan repayment.

2. The Customer will have to make an application for a refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt if any generated at the time of making payments.

3. The customer has to submit an application to business@atlasnbfc.com or call +91 86606 70346.

4. If the customer is eligible for the refund, then the refund amount will be credited to the respective bank account within 7 working days subject to internal clearances and banking procedures. The refund policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of “Atlas”.

5. Under no circumstances “Atlas” shall be held responsible for any fraudulent or duplicate transaction made; hence, no claims should be raised to the Company. If any such claim is made to Atlas, no communication in this regard will be entertained by the company.
